Due to the expansion of our development team we have a current need for an innovative PHP web developer within our loan brokerage, Loanfinder. Over the past year we have heavily invested in our online presence and are now looking to Launch Version 2 of our website. This role offers the opportunity to join a talented team and earn outstanding project bonuses.

You
You will have a passion for providing user based solutions and have experience in customer facing websites. You will enjoy problem solving, learning new technologies and be keen to expand your skill.The ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff is paramount. Experience of Agile methodologies and OOP is preferred.

The Responsibilities
Architecting and developing complete web solutions in PHP and SQL.
Requirements analysis & specification.
Planning & performing Unit testing & System testing.
Problem solving (on 2nd and 3rd line support).
Working closely with business partners and end-users.

As part of our online customer service team it will be role successful applicant to offer advice to customers on our range products. You will be a self motivated team player with clear and effective communications skills. A good grasp of grammar, punctuation and spelling is essential. You will be expected to be able to type a minimum of 60 words per minute

Experience of customer service and/or administration would be preferred although not essential, as full training will be given.

This is a weekly paid, full time position working 41.25 hours per week.

You will be working as a Multi skilled Maintenance person for our in house facilities team. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of skills that include carpentry, decorating, basic plumbing & electrics and general building and property maintenance experience. Our Building/ Maintenance Person will be extremely dedicated to the company, possess excellent verbal communication skills, and have the ability to troubleshoot but most importantly use own initiative to complete tasks.
