Fees, Commission and Bonuses
Loanfinder pays excellent fees and commission and there are regular quarterly and project bonuses for most staff.
Gym membership
If you would rather go for a donkey ride than pump iron, our gym membership also gives you the chance to relax in a heated swimming pool, take a sauna, or have a jacuzzi. There is a choice of the Royal Bath Hotel on Bath road, Meyrick Park Gym, Fitness First- Free or subsidised membership for all

Dental & optical insurance
Everyone knows how difficult it is to get a decent NHS dentist nowadays. A California smile may not be essential in Bournemouth, but having teeth is pretty important.
Working for Loanfinder means that finding a dentist is something you will never have to worry about. As soon as you have completed 6 months service you will be automatically signed up to our HSA Dental Insurance plan that covers the cost of check ups and the majority of dental work at any private or NHS practice. Say cheese!

Your birthday off PAID!
Even though we are fun to work with, we realise that most people don’t want to spend their birthday at work. With Loanfinder, you will never have to phone in sick and pretend to cough down the phone on your birthday again.
Every member of our team gets their choice of either their birthday or the next working day afterwards off fully paid. This is in addition to the normal holiday entitlement.
An extra holiday day for every year you work with us

Every member of our team automatically qualifies for one extra paid holiday day for every year that they work with us. These accumulate and are in addition to your normal holiday entitlement. So stay for fourteen years, and that’s an extra fortnight off work!
Duvet Days
No one likes having to work on a Saturday, so to make it up to you, if you are part of a team that has to do some weekend hours, you will be able to ask for mid-week duvet days whenever you need some time off. Duvet days are basically sick days where you don’t have to pretend to be sick. So you won’t have to lie on the beach with a blanket over your head in case someone from work sees you. Duvet Days are at your manager’s discretion and on a first come first served basis.

It’s like Christmas every day here at Loanfinder. Daily team competitions allow the most productive team members to go home with anything from wine and chocolates to cash prizes or iPods.
Team nights out
To encourage a great team atmosphere the group regularly pays for team nights out, days out to theme parks, restaurant meals, beach parties and of course our legendary Christmas bash.

Subsidised vending machines
It's a small thing but we think that charging for tea or coffee, or trying to make a profit on selling you a Mars bar is pretty mean. That's why, where possible, our machines are on free vend, and at the very least crisps, sweets and chocolate are sold for 50% of the normal retail price.
Free food
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. To make sure our staff never have to start work on an empty stomach Croissants, toast and fresh fruit are all provided free of charge from our kitchen. At least once a week managers arrange pizza or lunchtime takeaways for their team. In the summer ice cream and cold drinks are provided free of charge.
Friday BBQs
During the summer months along with our other companies from the group we hold our famous Friday B-B-Qs weekly. We provide burgers, kebabs, salads and drinks, and even inflate our giant bouncy castle to bounce away the week. So you can eat and bounce. (Or maybe that should be the other way round).
Parking
We think paying for the privilege of parking at work is a bit much, so managers and anyone who has worked at Loanfinder for over a year can park in our Walton House car park between 9am and 6pm. All employees are free to park at Walton House during evening and weekend shift hours.
